Our Services

Community Hub

The Community Hub provides information and assists with support to contact a range of local, visiting and outreach services to meet individual needs. We provide social engagement programs and offer practical assistance in times of hardship.

Child, Youth & Family Support

With the support of a wide variety of trusted resources and programs, we help families and young people to improve relationships, enrich emotional and social wellbeing, and strengthen their sense of belonging.

Visiting Services

The centre welcomes and offers referrals to many visiting services that provide support in a wide range of areas assisting to meet local community needs.

Centrelink Agent & Access Point

Our on site Centrelink Agent can provide face-to-face assistance for customers who would like assistance to access Centrelink, Medicare, or Child Support services.
